Message to All Property Owners Bordering on Augusta Pines Golf Course PropertyGreetings!
In recent months we have had an increase in the incidents of Private Contractors hired by Augusta Pines Homeowners without wither person obtaining permission to come on the Golf course Property. Homeowners, Builders and Contractors do not have authorization to come on to the Private Property of Augusta Pines Golf Club for the performance of work on their lots. In each of the these cases, Contractors have caused damage to the Golf course which consequently becomes the responsibility of the Homeowner, Builder and the Contractor. This can be very expensive. However, we are not against working with anyone as long as we are contacted in advance of the work. All work that may impact the Golf course must be approved by Alan Hess, CGCS, the Director of Course Management. Permission will not be granted until a complete plan is agreed to with the understanding that any damages/repairs will be paid for by the owner/Person seeking the work to be done. This may include tree work, landscaping, pool installation, irrigation installation, drainage, etc. Dumping yard trash over the fence or running drain pipes dispensing water onto the Golf course Property is also prohibited.
As of now, the entire Property is posted with signs and purple paint designating property lines. Purple paint is a recognized from of property line demarcation in Texas law. Bottom line, we want to work with you and be a good neighbor. However, please have the courtesy of calling us first for a consultation before doing any work that may affect Augusta Pines Golf Cub Property. If you have any questions please contact the Augusta Pines Golf Club Receptionist and request a meeting at 281-290-1900. Good communication will ensure a successful project.
Thank you.
Mr. Alan Hess, CGCS
